@ 44.21 with reference to colon cancer in women in New Zealand, followed by
Dr Abrams saying that cattle are fed corn, understand that the majority of
New Zealand beef lives out in the paddocks eating grass. There is a
worrying trend coming in however of putting some cattle on feedlots. I hope
this does not take off here in NZ. But I live in the middle of a rural area
and all milk and beef cows that live on the farms surrounding me just eat
pasture plants, grass and such.
A wonderful presentation, but curiously lacking mention of cannabis foods.
I believe that food is our medicine. If we choose wisely, we can lower the
risk of getting cancer, heart disease, etc. I came across this talk
yesterday, and I have to say, it just re-confirmed that food IS the
medicine! We are surrounded by so much healthy food, yet most of us reach
for processed food. For example, if you are coming down with cold, have 2
cloves of raw garlic. I just had some too, and I loved it.

Go vegan. That’s the best thing anyone can do for their health. Been one
for over 10 years.
legumes are not considered to be a healthy food according to some research.
Does the intake of dietary fibre (accompanied by sugar) really trigger an
insulin release in the body? I have done some quick google search and the
answers suggest that fibre has nothing to do with insulin.

Happy healthy & kind year! :)
Yay! Sugar *finally* made it onto the official cancer risk list. This made
me really happy! There is hope.
Beautiful. Loved it. This video is very helpful. I am sure that it will
assist me with my final exams. Thanks.
Being a vegan I’m not sure of what being a strict vegetarian entails—I’ll
agree that dairy is definitely not optimum for health, so perhaps fish
eaters trump dairy eaters…?? All I know is that vegans do quite well
thank you and the adjustments we require are largely due to the
environmental factors we ALL suffer today. If you watched the last video he
cites 6 sources of micro algae DHA–I’m sure it’s not that hard to
find…remember toxins accumulate and amplify in the flesh…
This is great teaching, I have been fortunate enough to have had some
insight into good nutrition and have put it into practice and had great
results from a combination of good nutrition and fitness. This however goes
into more depth of why certain foods are good or bad. thank you for sharing
this information, you are a real credit to society.
Hey guys. Nice movie. My buddy was once a fatty. He converted his body from
279 lbs of pure fat to 217 lbs of purely natural lean muscle mass. His
co-workers were in shock. I just signed up myself coz I’m looking to get
heftier muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)…
I wouldn’t recommend avoiding carbs, unless you mean specifically refined
carbohydrates like white flour and processed foods high in carbs (e.g.
those with a majority or all fiber removed.) A large apple might have as
many carbs as a twinkie, but that doesn’t mean you should avoid apples.
It’s very comforting that he looks like Mr. Rogers
What type of results can you be expected to see?
Frozen organic wild blueberries can be found at Whole Foods…they are from
Canada…I buy them all the time…they are juicy and wonderful…12 ounce
bag is $3.99. DO IT!
Dont’ juice or take vitamins? really? I like what he says but I think he’s
a bit off. Too much traditional practice.
Thank you for an informative talk. I am assuming that you are occasionally
checking the questions and comments and you have read T. Colin Campbell’s
book The China Study. What are your comments about that book? Regards, Dr. E

very good.
Hey, ((((Steve))))…you might also check out Dr. Michael Greger’s youtube
videos…he has a number of them on cancer and foods that actually fight
and kill cancer cells with citations and peer reviews. My best to you!
