Died May 13th, 1934, at Batavia, Ohio, older 69 years.

Brigadier common Julius A. Penn was born February 19th, [about 1865], in Matoon, Coles region, Illinois, the son associated with Major Julius A. Penn and Mary Brock Penn. His funeral took place from the family home May fifteenth, 1934. The interment was at the Citizens’ Cemetery, salade, Ohio.
